I’m an award-winning creative leader with a proven track record of leading global teams and creating groundbreaking work that drives tangible business results.

With substantial experience on both the agency and client sides, I bring a unique perspective to the creative process. I am highly focused on generating the most innovative and effective work possible, regardless of scale or budget.

I’m currently helping a diverse group of startups as a creative consultant and brand specialist — providing foundational brand leadership, design, messaging and marketing.

Prior to consulting, I served as the Chief Creative Officer at WAX (Worldwide Asset Exchange), the world's premier NFT and gaming blockchain platform. There, I led brand development, creative marketing, and design efforts for various web3 products, games, and utility-based NFT collections.

Before joining WAX, I was the Executive Creative Director at early-stage fitness startup, Pvolve. There, I led creative for a robust performance marketing engine, resulting in exponential revenue and subscription growth. I also oversaw Pvolve's offline components, including studio design, physical and digital product design, packaging, and apparel. Additionally, I served as the executive sponsor of Pvolve’s DE&I task force and founded its inaugural mentorship program.

Before entering the startup world, I spent two years at the global consultancy, Deloitte Digital. There I worked cross-functionally to help unite the team post-merger with ad agency Heat. I played a pivotal role in building out the creative department and led key accounts such as John Hancock/Manulife, Wild Turkey, and Russell’s Reserve, among others.

Prior to Deloitte Digital, I enjoyed a 13-year career at Ogilvy NY where I climbed the ranks to eventually manage one of Ogilvy’s largest and most diverse client portfolios, including Perrier, S.Pellegrino, BlackRock, iShares, Siemens, Visit Britain Tourism, Showtime, TD Ameritrade, FINRA Dupont, and more.

My work has garnered numerous awards, including Effies, Echos, Addy’s, Webby’s, Financial Communication Society Awards, and Film Festival Awards.

I hold a degree in advertising and design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and a degree in Communications from Boston University.
